Boulevard Contractors is a full service general contractor licensed in the states of Maryland of Pennsylvania and recently acquired Florida. Boulevard is locally owned and operated out of Owings Mills, MD. We are a small business certified company and a minority owned business. Boulevard Contractors is highly experienced in commercial contracting, as well as on-call general contracting services and understands the importance of this nature of work, and having it completed in a timely and professional manner. Boulevard Contractors has been in business since 2008, but its employees have over 30 years combined experience in the industry.
