We, at the Holiday Inn Columbia-East Jessup, have worked with many contractors during our time as owners of the building. However, we can say without a doubt that working with Boulevard Contractors has been the most pleasant experiences by far. They are always able to beat the price of their competitors, while giving us the highest quality end product. There entire team was on site daily, if there was ever an issue we could have them take care of directly, and they would resolve it that same day.
As a hotel we have a focus on guest satisfaction. Boulevard Contractors was able work with us during our renovations to have minimal impact on our guests. We experienced very few issues with guest satisfaction during the renovation. This was a first for us as they were renovating a major public area. Boulevard Contractors put up professional signage that helped redirect our guests, performed work at off hours to avoid disruption to our customers, and had a strict schedule that helped complete the work on time and within our budget. We would highly recommend Boulevard Contractors to anyone looking for a contractor on a commercial or residential project.
