We have worked closely with over the past two years. Boulevard Contractors Corp completed two large renovation projects for our company, Geostam. These two renovations were for a total remodel of dental offices at 2 different locations in Maryland. The scope of work included on these two dental offices were a full general construction package to include sitework, demo, electrical, plumbing, HVAC , framing, drywall, insulation, and finish trim work. Boulevard Contractors managed each of these projects from start to finish and did so professionally and efficiently. They worked with all the subs involved at these locations from start to finish in order to complete both projects in a successful manner. Our company is located near Chicago, IL and even with these projects being in Baltimore, we knew that work was being completed in a timely manner and was running as smoothly as possible with these projects. Additionally, we found Boulevards knowledge on the project management process to be extremely beneficial to the success of these projects.
