While Craftsmen Developers acted as the Construction Manager for the project, Boulevard Contractors, acted as the General Contractor for the renovations including all work from demolition to punch-out. We were able to work very closely with them on all aspects of the project from bidding, to negotiating construction contracts, to cost and schedule adherence, to quality control and project closeout. Our interactions with Boulevard were always very pleasant and nothing less than professional. Their experience in both commercial and residential construction provided us with a successful completion with minor issues. They have a very detailed understanding of not only the u nuts and bolts" details of construction, but the importance of proper scheduling and communication to ensure all details are constructed properly in both sequence and timing. We truly appreciated Boulevard’s understanding of the entire construction process including permitting, financing, scheduling, and quality control and would highly recommend them to be a part of any construction team or project.
