Greenbrier State Park Bathhouse Renovations – State of Maryland

Comprehensive renovations to the men’s and women’s bathhouses as well as the lifeguard station, significantly modernizing the facility for improved functionality and accessibility. The work included demolition of existing wood decking and replacement with new concrete, installation of all new plumbing systems, and framing of a reconfigured floor plan. ADA improvements were incorporated through strategic modifications to exterior access points. Additional upgrades included new partitions, electrical systems, site work, concrete cutting and backfilling, and the installation of new windows and doors. The bathhouses were completed with new showers, changing areas, tile, and finishes, delivering a durable, modern facility designed for long-term use.
